After completing this step, the IDS team will get to work on enrolling you in our contract pricing. We will reach out to within 7 days with a full welcome packet once contract enrollment is complete so that you can start saving right away.
After contract enrollment is complete, you will be contacted by Clixon to take advantage of their procurement platform to maximize your savings in a simple and fast way.

When we follow up with our welcome packet, we will share all information on how to best work with Henry Schein to enjoy their contract pricing. Your pricing will also be available through Clixon once that is set up.
A single form and DocuSign will support multiple locations. When you start entering your “Office Address” below, you will see the option to add additional locations. You can add as many locations as you have.
