PPE Order Information

In an effort to support the dental market, IndepenDENT Dental Solutions (IDS) and Midway Dental partnered on a PPE offering. As many of you know, the PPE supply chain is difficult to navigate at this time, so product availability and associated ETAs are fluid. Please see below for PPE product generally available at Midway or is on order with the manufacturer:

If you would like to place an order for PPE, please follow the steps below:

  1. If you are an existing Midway customer with a web account, please place your order on the Midway Dental website.
  2. If you are an existing Midway customer and know your representative’s contact information, please reach out to them directly to place the order.
  3. If you are an existing Midway customer, but do not know your account number or representative, please email Christine Daum at: [email protected]
  4. If you are a new Midway customer or are unsure if you have an account setup with Midway, please fill out the New Customer Form and follow the instructions to submit the form to Midway’s accounting department
  5. Once your account is created (which may take a few days due to the amount of new accounts), your assigned Midway Representative will reach out to you directly via the phone and/or the email address provided on your new customer form.
  6. Your Midway Representative will have the most up-to-date information on product availability and can place your order over the phone or email.
  7. Once your order is submitted by your Midway Representative, you will receive an order confirmation.
